Fulford’s Dining Lab
Fulford’s is a teaching restaurant for the Culinary Programs. This facility operates to provide practical application of cooking techniques, food service and bartending skills, as well as providing students the opportunity to develop skills in communication, leadership and human relations.
Hours of Operation
Fulfords Dining Room is located on the 6th floor (Room 637) in Fleming College.
Lunch and Dinner reservations can be made for the following time periods:
Winter Semester
- Lunch:
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11:30am - 1:00pm - Dinner:
Wednesdays, 5:30pm - 7:30pm

- January 19th - February 25
- March 9th - March 18th
- March 30th - April 15th

Parking for Our Guests
Pay & Display Parking
For your convenience, please use the pay & display parking area. All you have to do is register your license plate with our Information Booth (inside the front doors)
If Pay & Display is full, use the gated parking lots.
The cost is $3.00. Just tell the Information Booth that you are attending Fulford’s Restaurant and they will reimburse your money.
Who Is Fulford?
Fulford’s Dining room is named in honour of Mr. George T. Fulford III, a founding member in the Tourism department at Fleming College. As well as being an avid food lover, Mr. Fulford was an active promoter of both the tourism and food industries within Fleming College and Canada. The name of "Fulford’s Dining Room" is an expression of a table forever being set in his memory as a final testament to his dedication support, hard work & love of life.
